Russia was preparing the brutal mass kidnapping of Ukrainians much before the start of the full-scale invasion in Ukraine. These are the conclusions reached by the authors of the analytical report “Forced Deportation of Children to Russia”, prepared by the Eastern Human Rights Group and the Institute for Strategic Studies. Also, according to the Russian documents presented in the report, before deportation, children are concentrated in the occupied territory, where medical examinations are carried out. Then only healthy people are taken to Russia.
