Ο λαϊκιστής Τσίπρας ξαναζέστανε το πιάτο της κατάργησης των Πανελλήνιων εξετάσεων για τα ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ μιλώντας για το «Εθνικό απολυτήριο» που ακούγαμε επί ΓΑΠ. Όμως το Υπουργείο Παιδείας, από εποχής ΓΑΠ έχει εξοβελίσει το «Εθνικής» από τον τίτλο του. Περίεργα όλα αυτά; Όχι, αν ξέρουμε να διαβάζουμε την σημασία τους.
