It has been proven so extensively that International Jewry is historically at fault for the expansion of the war, that not a word needs to be wasted about that. The Jews wanted their war, and now they have it. But now the prophecy in the Fuehrer’s speech of Jan 30, 1939 in the Deutschen Reichstag meeting, that if the International Finance Jewry shall succeed to throw countries once again into a war, the result will not be so much that Bolshevism will be coming upon the earth if the Jews are allowed to become the victors, but the ruin of the Jewish race in Europe.

Narration: “The Fuehrer receives the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (Amin al-Husseini), one of the most influential leaders of Arab nationalism. The Grand Mufti is the religious leader of the Arabs in Palestine, and at the same time their chief judge and financial administrator. Because of his nationalist position, he has been harshly persecuted by the British, who have offered a reward of 25,000 pounds for his capture. After an adventurous journey he reached Germany by way of Italy.” From the German weekly newsreel, “Deutsche Wochenschau,” Dec. 10, 1941.

Ezra Pound broadcast at least 120 original editorial and manifestos over Radio Rome in Italy from 1941 to 1943. We are reprinting two of these broadcasts to encourage discussion of them and to point readers toward the entire book. Ukrainians greet German troops as liberators from Soviet tyranny. People in Lvov (Lviv) or Lemberg in western Ukraine welcome the soldiers as they enter the city. Mass killings come to light. Just before fleeing the city, Soviet police used axes, knives and firearms to kill many Ukrainians in the GPU police headquarters. Bodies of victims are carried from the GPU building and laid out for identification. Enraged civilians round up and take revenge on those who had supported the Soviets. Ukrainians applaud as a Stalin statue is destroyed and a Soviet propaganda poster is torn down. This film report is from the wartime German weekly newsreel, “Die Deutsche Wochenschau,” No. 566 of July 9, 1941. German-language narration. Runtime: 3:54 mins

A common belief among defenders of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is that the National Socialist government of Germany under Adolf Hitler did not permit the private ownership of firearms. Totalitarian governments, they have been taught in their high school civics classes, do not trust their citizens and do not dare permit them to keep firearms. Thus, one often hears the statement, “You know, the first thing the Nazis did when they came to power was outlaw firearms,” or, “The first thing Hitler did in Germany was round up all the guns.”
