Πνευματικός είναι αυτός ο οποίος έχει δεχτεί το λαμπρό φως του Αγίου Πνεύματος και από Αυτό φωτίζεται οι νους του. Ο Παύλος προσφωνούσε πνευματικούς αυτούς οι οποίοι άφηναν να κατοικήσει μέσα τους το θείο Πνεύμα, τους στολισμένους με πνευματικά χαρίσματα. Αυτοί, με τη θεία βοήθεια, κατανοούσαν όχι μόνο όσα είναι φυσικά, αλλά με τον νου τους κατανόησαν και όσα ξεπερνούν τη φύση και τη λογική. Ο πνευματικός άνθρωπος , «ἀνακρίνει μέν πάντα, αὐτός δέ ὑπ᾿ οὐδενός ἀνακρίνεται.» (Α΄Κορ. Β΄15).

The technicalities of this effort are fairly straightforward — the goal is to render null and void the referendum on EU membership and shift the decision from the hands of the people to the highly compromised halls of power at Westminster. According to Mischon de Reya, “Parliament must have its say.”
