Donald Trump has described how a “bullet ripped through his skin” at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday night, after a gunman fired a volley of bullets at him from a nearby roof. A spectator killed and the shooter (Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20-year-old and was a registered Republican) dead.
