Hilarion of Volokolamsk, declared that the Russian Orthodox Church was breaking off Eucharistic communion with the Patriarchate of Constantinople at the Holy Synod meeting in Minsk on Monday.
“At today’s meeting of the Holy Synod, it was decided to completely break the Eucharistic communion with the Patriarchate of Constantinople,” Hilarion said.
